Where can I download the latest template dashboards for kibana 6.2?

I found an article on Habré ( https://habrahabr.ru/post/277029/) which describes the installation and configuration of the ELK stack (with Kibana 4.2.2, Elasticsearch-2.2.0, Logstash-2.2.0), I decided that it was worth setting up the latter assembly (6.2.3).
Installed stack. Set up beats. It remains to download ready-made boards.
The article lists the boards: download.elastic.co/beats/dashboards/beats-dashboa...
But they don't suit me, it gives me an error:

Is it possible to somehow get a link to the archive with the latest boards from elastic :)?
I'm digging their resource but I can't find it :(. I
managed to find the version ~/beats-dashboards-1.3.1/beats-dashboards-1.3.1 using the brute force method .
But it is also ancient.
The latest release 1.3.1 is also on github:
