Where can I download/buy a WYSIWYG HTML/CSS(3) editor to layout on a 960 grid, for example?

I would like something like the recent Moqups , but with export to HTML.
The requirements are as follows: - support for css3
features (shadows, filters, gradients, round corners, etc.) with slight degradation for older browsers compact code capabilities - AJAX hints in input forms (examples of course) with input data - all this on a grid, so that it is beautiful and fashionable. Has anyone seen such a miracle?

I don't know what "layout on 960 grid" is, but: www.adobe.com/ru/products/dreamweaver.html

You will get a too idealized WYSIWYG editor. But in general, you can do it with a dreamweaver. As for the grid - take which bootstrap as the basis or its scaffolding module, and rejoice. And all the JS pribludy can also be done there, just a little digging into the settings. Haven't used for a long time.

I finished the test, the Dreamweaver (layout) + Fireworks (draw goodies and copy CSS) combination is quite satisfactory.
Thanks for the advice!
