www.templateworld.com/all_css_web_templates_1.html# somewhere there are a lot of templates that are supplied in one archive in the form of both PSD and CSS+HTML+JS.
You can take the PSD from there, type it up and peek into the finished layout.

I don’t think that having a layout in PSD will somehow help you learn how to typeset.
