Without font conversion, Firefox and Chrome see Cyrillic in the font.
After converting via FontSquirell, Russian characters of this font are no longer displayed in any browser. At the same time, the ttf version of the font (converted) includes them, if you just look at the file in Windows. And you definitely need to convert them - for Internet Explorer, version 8-9.
