Does PANTONE sell ready-made swatches of color libraries? Or is everything that the company sells already in the Adobe Illustrator libraries? It is also interesting, are there any resources where you can buy ready-made color libraries other than PANTONE?

Download swatches or Download pallete and there are tons of sites like this .

You can buy a fan of colors (physical) from color matching companies. And digital color options are free. And yes, adobe programs have the most popular kits (even outdated ones) from popular companies (not just pantone)
