I just bought a LED strip today at Rumyantsevo BP - 10 minutes by public transport from the South-West metro station. The choice is large, several stores sell them. I was not interested in color reproduction - they cut off a piece of the desired length and wound it on a nameless coil. I also saw LED lamps up to 20W for sale, but they look more like industrial ones:
