How to remotely control a standalone LED?
There are 4 autonomous LEDs powered by crowns.
How can you implement remote wireless control of them from a conditional "Control Panel"?
For now, I assume that some kind of signal receiver needs to be added to the LEDs, which is a kind of key (On / off).
And from the Control Panel a signal should be sent to these receivers.
What kind of receivers can these be and how can this be implemented?

Depends on how far from the remote control to the receivers, what communication means are available, what is the budget, etc...
Can be used from receivers like NRF24L01 in simple cases, up to ESP8266, LoRa or based on sim800 and the like...
