I've searched everything I can, but I can't find it. Is it possible to buy internal fittings for an electric EU plug somewhere?
That is, the inner part where the fork is stuck.
It is necessary for small-scale production - to calculate the case using these parts.

Or is it too specific part, which is developed each time for each specific device?

The easiest option is to take a ready-made socket block (without a case) and dance around it.
If you want to make it as cheap as possible, order only the contacts, and the socket itself will be part of the device case. There are a huge number of these contacts, even ready-made, even to order:
