I downloaded Cisco AnyConnect on a computer and an iPhone, I need to buy a subscription for 3 users, but I’m not a legal entity and not a citizen of the Russian Federation, I found it in a couple of places, but there are at least 100 users and from 200k rubles, cisco support in Moscow did not help by phone, who can help with this problem?

Alexander Khimov, as far as I remember, licenses for anyconnect are needed only for the terminating device, the client software itself is free and does not require a license.
Those. in simple words - you, as an anyconnect user, do not need to think about licenses, but the owner of the VPN server should take care of them.
