I accidentally exceeded the limit on the number of authorizations via FTP, I need to reset the counter once - it itself has not been reset for three days - it looks like I exceeded it a year ahead :) I wrote on feedback.yandex.ru/ - they are silent.

Where else can you hit?

It is unlikely that Yandex made this limit in order to flood its STP with requests to reset the counter. I think the chances are zero.
