I want to study in Finland. I know a little English (not a complete zero). I like it. I would like to do this. I understand physics/logic/mathematics. Where can you try? English so that you can finish learning on the spot.

And you first find out if they need a certificate of passing English (IELTS). Usually, English-speaking universities require IELTS from foreigners, and often even indicate the required score. If I'm not mistaken, something like 5.5 - 6 is required. Go take IELTS and look at your score. And then you filter by this criterion.
