C++ / C#

What are the IT companies with training and subsequent device?

I am a second year student. I study in St. Petersburg.
Studied C++ at the level of basic algorithms and data structures. Used only procedural programming, but I have an idea about OOP. I really like to write code in C++ (I don't like to write in Java, for example), especially if the proposed task is rather complicated, but at the same time, it is feasible for me.
I got the impression that between what I know and what it takes to be a junior, there is a huge gulf that I can only overcome if I get into a favorable environment.
After talking with a couple of familiar programmers, I learned that many started their careers like this: they came to their first office, they were trained there, and after that they became "full-fledged" juniors. Please advise St. Petersburg companies offering training and subsequent internship-work. Maybe you work in one of these? If so, I would be glad to talk with you https://vk.com/khafizov_kh .
At the moment, I wrote to the mail group, digital design, left responses to all similar ads on hh. I'm also going to visit the job fair Find IT. Any other ideas?

Quit smoking, Hassan, Allah cannot help a sinner, the head works worse from smoking and cancer starts at 40-50. As for the work, you are doing everything right, except that in C ++ you still need to know STL and Boost at least. But if you get a job at an instrument-making plant or somewhere else where microcontrollers are programmed, then most likely C will be enough, and there is just procedural programming.
You don't have to worry that you haven't got a job yet in your second year.

EPAM and T-Systems in St. Petersburg arrange courses with subsequent employment if you master everything. But java.
