Why look for someone teach yourself. There are a lot of courses Here is a course on layout Understand the course, make a couple of layouts, and a couple of layouts yourself without courses in figma-photoshop, and you can already look for a job as an HTML layout designer or take a freelance layout. If you want more and advancement in layout, you can watch HTML Academy there, everything is more literate.
In the direction of JS, we take this course, we understand it and you can look for a job, thanks to this course many have already found work, there is a cart of the course and you can ask questions .
The main thing is to take courses not like a monkey, I repeat everything, but you need to study and understand so that it comes to your head and is clear through and through, there should be a lot of practice.
This is how I studied, now I'm already at work, like Frontend.
If you want a mentor, get a job, where you will be mentored as needed.

Here hundreds of mentors help beginners learn the frontend ----> https://rs.school/
Look towards this course to get started https://rs.school/js-stage0/ it started a couple of weeks ago and acts as a preparatory for https://rs.school/js/ starting in September
