Where are the extra devices in the Windows 10 network environment?

In the process of sharing folders between two computers, I discovered that in the networked environment (now called simply "network") there are devices that appear and disappear from time to time, which I do not have. In the screenshot, someone's Yandex station, sometimes a huawei phone appears.

Here is what the network environment looks like. From mine - a computer and a router.

At the same time, these devices are not in the dhcp table of the router and the arp table of the computer

Interestingly, the computer that needs to be contacted, and which is located inside the home network, is not in this environment. "Network discovery" and other checkboxes are set, there is access by ip.

The questions are:
1. Why are these left devices visible? I guess these are devices from the provider's local network, but why are they visible behind nat?
2. What threatens this visibility? Can I have holes and vulnerabilities through which they see me, and what access can they get?
3. Why can't I see a computer that is on the same subnet with me, and should be seen, unlike the left equipment?

@Kpblc

Disable WPS mode on the router, save the configuration, restart.
