Where are the 8 nested tabs of Google Chrome coming from?

Actually the problem is on the screen. Google Chrome version 39.0.2171.95
The problem manifests itself with a variable frequency: maybe several times a day, maybe once a week.
Purely intuitively, I can assume that the bookmarks are trying to load from the start panel, but I'm not sure (I have 8 bookmarks on the start screen and 8 windows here, maybe somehow connected).

Has anyone encountered such a problem? Is it a malware or a chrome glitch?

in the address bar, type
chrome://extensions
there will be a list of extensions,
look for your anidub there and disable it
