Where are PGP keys set in PHPStorm settings?

In the System Settings -> Passwords settings, the KeePass database is specified for storing passwords. You can also set the masterkey there, or you can also specify that Protect master password using PGP key, but there is an empty select and it says No keys configured. So where do these cases need to be cofigured?

Judging by JB's answer, this should be configured in the system, and not in the storm.
In general, given that this isn't the best idea , I would be careful not to use this option.
