Please tell me in which folder on Android OneDrive stores my files configured for auto-sync (available offline)? Is it possible to tell another app the location of a file in the OneDrive folder, thereby preventing it from accessing the cloud directly?

Most likely the application stores them "in itself". With root you can make a symlink for example.
