I did everything and reinstalled all the files, connected the old database to them, and as a result, in the url menu they go to the old domain. I checked all configs 1,000,000 times, a new domain is registered everywhere. suspicions that paths are also stored in the database, the question is where. Reset the site cache (via the admin panel or on the hosting) and carefully look at what is <base href="">written in your head. There should not be paths in the database.
