How to choose a site management system?

Hello.
I'm going to start a web development company.
But before you open a company, you naturally need to decide on specific cms on which to build sites “for clients”, I understand that you can’t stand on two chairs and now you need
to choose between the following attributes:
Client convenience in the admin center
Good extensibility.
Security (I understand that there is no fully secure system)
Functionality out of the box, or “at least that you could purchase additional extensions for money”

In general, I am not inclined to a certain system, it doesn’t matter to me.
But I am considering the following site management systems.
1c bitrix
Modx
Magento.

You can also offer your options.
When developing corporate websites or an online store, I don’t want my programmers or layout designers to have serious difficulties.
Thanks to everyone who will respond.

@khadzhimurad I sincerely believe that such questions should not be asked on the toster site, but, for example, to your technical director or at least to programmers who will actually do it.
The attitude to Bitrix is quite specific.
Unlike modx, drupal, joomla and others, this is a brand.
Customers in relation to Bitrix are divided into 3 categories:
a) we don’t care what you do
b) have not worked with Bitrix before, heard about it, Bitrix is a plus for them.
c) they used to work with Bitrix, they don’t want Bitrix even for free :)
I saw programmers who liked to develop for Bitrix, as a rule, they were either people from near-enterprise development, or frank juniors who started their journey with Bitrix. In both cases, their level was frankly low.
If we are not talking about Bitrix , then there is no fundamental difference what exactly to use. This is largely determined by the personal preferences of the people you hire.

Bitrix disappears.
Adminka what there is and the point.
But he will feed you. So go ahead. The record holder in the country is only Bitrix for offices. Rollback 50% from the license.
But his admin panel is a tin, albeit painted. I don't like the Bitrix ideology. It is aimed at anything but the end user.
I can say about WordPress, the architecture is not a fountain (any attempts to improve are met with an answer, we break backward compatibility), but the admin panel is customizable quite well. The UI is excellent. The ideology of the press is aimed at the end user. I think it is much more modern than Bitrix in terms of time. The same visualizer has long removed the insert button from the Word because it initially filters the shit tags. What about Bitrix? Oh yes, since 2008 they have not changed their poor visual.
A LOT of ready-made code and even a LOT of awesome classes on github that speed up development at times.
And finally ... this is a matter of personal mythology. As with the fact that the Samsung TV broke on the first day, you will write suspicion to Samsung until the end of our days.
