Where are meta tag variables located in Bitrix?

There is a title:
{=this.Name} buy in #REGION:PR#

You need to add "at a cool price" at the end, so that it becomes like this:
{=this.Name} buy in #REGION:PR# #COOLPRICE#

Where to find it in Bitrix a list of all available variables (or whatever they call it?) to add a new one to them?

Nowhere. This is not in the box. Apparently, #REGION:PR# was finished by hand and changed somewhere in the site code.
Look for this place and add processing there and #COOLPRICE#
