Where and how does svg learn?

There is a task to master and own SVG for the site. As I understand it, these pictures are drawn in Corel Draw and animated using JS. Help me find a good source to learn how to work with svg.

Here is almost everything that is on this topic on Youtube. Some videos have presentation descriptions and links to articles, so go for it. In addition to Corel Draw, there is Inscape (free, many lessons in VKontakte groups) and adobe illustrator, there is a plugin for working with svg in photoshop from sourse (here you have to google and find it).
