What can be wrong?
If all components are turned on, then the computer turns on, the fans spin, nothing appears on the monitor, and there are no squeaks.
Could it be a RAM issue or something else?

3 long beeps first of all report that the speaker is working, and the motherboard is correctly signaling a malfunction .
The absence of a picture on the monitor when there is no speaker signal may be caused by a malfunction of the monitor, video cable or video card. Problems with a discrete graphics card may not be diagnosed by the motherboard.

If it's correct, then such a problem should be solved using the "Port-80" card plugged into the PCI, dealing with the POST codes issued to its indicator.
The POST procedure (self-test at startup) gives out several dozen of them in a row, and if everything is OK, it ends up emitting one short beep to the beeper.
If not everything is in order with the computer, POST hangs at the problematic step, the number of which can be seen on the indicator, and there is no final beep. This is just your case.
