Usually things are a little worse. These malware are not written to autorun, but are installed by system services and corrupt browser launch shortcuts.
Approximate instructions:
1) Remove ALL suspicious programs, and some kind of cunning uninstaller, with forced cleaning of garbage.
2) Install Unlocker.
3) We go to services, we find all suspicious ones (which live in Program Files and AppData).
4) We demolish the folders of these services, if they are not demolished, we set the unlocker.
5) Repeat 3-4 for autoload
6) Check browser shortcuts - most likely they lead to some kind of batch files - we demolish all batch files.
7) We repeat until no g ... on remains on the computer.

Bookmark yourself - AdwCleaner . He will find everything and clean everything up.
As an alternative - "Cleaner"

The first thing I always do first thing is download a fresh CureIt and check it out. Further on the results, but most often nothing more is required.

Lately the scheduler has been getting all sorts of mailware running, so check "Scheduled Tasks" or whatever it's called.

The simplest case is if links from browser shortcuts just changed, it's easy to check - right mouse button, properties (on the browser shortcut) - should be like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" if after .exe we see an extra construction "../something extra", then we simply remove this extra in the properties of the shortcut.
If the shortcuts are normal, we look at autorun, I recommend the CCleaner program , small, smart, free. At startup, go to the "Service" - "Startup" tab. Before us is the autoload list, by double-clicking we change the state (on / off). This program can also clean the registry and disk.
If the previous steps did not help, then download the AVZ antivirus , it fights with:
mail,
modules AdWare, AdWare (priority orientation of the antivirus);
Trojans
BackDoor modules;
loaders like Trojan.Dialer;
such malicious components as TrojanDropper, TrojanDownloader, TrojanSpy.
Good luck!
