When you turn on the computer, it emits three squeaks, and windows starts loading. What are these signals for?
They brought me a video card, I put it in my PC, and when I turned it on, the computer hung on the bios picture, emitted 3 squeaks v at intervals of 20 seconds, and windows started loading. I checked, everything works - the video card, the RAM sees all 6 gigs, but at startup such garbage. And yet, I connected the video card to the monitor via the hdmi> vga adapter, Bios AMI

Take the manual for the motherboard and see what 3 squeaks mean there.
During the POST procedure, the computer may make various sounds, in this way it informs the user about possible problems. One beep is the most common signal, this is the absence of problems (everything is OK), and the rest of the signals are different for all manufacturers. If you want details - google the list of these signals from the manufacturer of your motherboard (or BIOS).
If after your triple beep the computer boots up normally, it means that the detected problem is not fatal, you can live with it.
Three squeaks are issued by the so-called "Speaker".
Each motherboard has its own sound signal for a particular error. If you wrote at least what you have for Mat.Plata. Maybe you could get some more help. And so, as I said above, each motherboard has its own version of the signal to notify about a particular error through the speaker.
I ran tests in furmark 1600 cores, avg fps 27, with fullhd set, no errors. Video card 750ti
