When you run more than 2-3 applications, applications crash with a video adapter error. What to do?
Hello, I'm interested in a question.
I have a system:
Proc: Ryzen 7 3800X
Video: AMD Radeon 480RX (8gb)
RAM: 16gb
I clarify: I got a restored video, from mining, when I still had an i5 3240 processor. When they just gave it to me, it worked quite well properly. It was about a year ago.
I clarify2: Yes, I changed the percentage, and reinstalled Windows several times. The last time I changed Windows about a year ago, maybe a little less / more.
When I run more than 2-3 graphical applications, applications crash, I get errors like "Lack of video memory", "Video error", "Video adapter driver crashed", the system hangs, sometimes tightly. I checked through AMD Software how much video memory the system eats, but I didn’t notice anything suspicious (perhaps I didn’t look well)
For comparison, my friend has the following system:
Proc: Ryzen 5 2600
Video: 1050Ti (4gb)
RAM: 16gb
He often has about 10 applications running (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Fortnite, Opera, Spotify, Discord, Telegram) and there were no crashes.
This is my sister's system:
Proc: i5 3240
Video: AMD Radeon 480RX (4gb)
Operative: 12gb
Departures also did not occur.
So, I'm wondering if it is possible to solve this somehow programmatically? Firewood may not have become so or something like that? Or is there only one way out - to change the video?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
