In general, strange behavior appeared, Windows 7, if you run any program on behalf of the Administrator, then the screen goes completely blank for a second and Windows makes a sound as if the flash drive was disconnected and reconnected after half a second. Nobody faced? There is nothing interesting in the event logs.

Hmm, I actually found the reason. I have a second monitor, it is connected to the computer, and I turned it off from the outlet a couple of days ago, plugged it into the outlet - the problem disappeared.
