The situation is as follows: I look through the code in the Chrome browser using the built-in function of the Brackets editor and after reaching a resolution of 980px (I look through the inspector - adaptive), the entire site begins to shrink to hard-to-read sizes (I don’t understand what kind of brakma powder, I didn’t prescribe anything like that, before that everything was fine In general ,
there are not enough nerves, jamb after jamb goes, then not one thing, then another.But I really want to learn how to make websites because I'm tired of living in poverty and doing the same thing!

most likely, the width was explicitly specified for one of the main blocks. but my advice to you is not to dwell on one problem for so long, take a break, get distracted from the computer ... so usually the solution comes faster

Thank you, I solved the problem, it turns out that there was some kind of glitch with the editor in Sublime, everything is fine.
