When working remotely, what means of communication do you use? How is the work going?

How is work organized? Send the task, and at the end of the working day to show the work done? How do they usually keep in touch? Do they explain any tasks?

This is mainly zoom, telegram and skype, plus some companies have self-written messengers. And for setting goals and monitoring their implementation, most use CRM systems. In any case, each company has its own approach, and therefore it is impossible to answer this question exactly. Plus, some have a remote but free schedule, and some have a remote but permanent one, that is, you should be available all 8 hours, just from home and not in the office, which is worse in my opinion)
