When will the domain in the .com zone be released?

Please tell me when the domain in the .com zone will be free. I check
through reg and get the following data:
Creation Date: 2018-03-18
Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2019-03-18
Updated Date: 2019-04-02
Already, as it were, 05/08/2019 and he's still busy :(

Never. Top level domains are not for sale.

Domain names that are not renewed within ~30 days (depending on registrar conditions) from the expiration date of the registration are deleted. In most international zones, after deletion, the domain is transferred to the redemptionPeriod state (another name is Pending Delete Restorable). During this period, the domain can be restored by its owner. The cost of the restoration operation is usually 5-15 times higher than the cost of registering a domain. expired domain?

Depending on the registrar, there are several periods, sometimes up to 4 months in total.
For example, https://help.r01.ru/domain/operation_dom/cancel_no...
Also, some registrars or companies affiliated with them automatically buy out all vacated domains and then sell them at auctions.
For example, https://www.reg.ru/domain/deleted/

Depends on the popularity of the domain :)
"Regular" domains are kept in a hung state for some time - what if the client comes to his senses and goes crazy? In .ru, this period is a month.
"Premium" (short, sonorous, interesting) domains are usually bought by an "independent" office (in fact, it is the registrar itself) - in order to sell at auction :) It is almost impossible to manage to buy such a domain - an "independent" office buys it literally in the first minutes how it is released.
