When trying to compile LESS to CSS on T3 Blank v2.2.2, the template collapses, what could be the reason?

Good afternoon!
Having problems compiling LESS to CSS on T3 Blank v2.2.2, the template is collapsing, what could be the reason? I also noticed that the cached versions of css files stopped pulling up, everything is loaded directly from bootstrap.css.
