Options:
1. Apparently transferred via ftp and the vendor folder was not completely copied. Try to re-upload it, to be sure - make an archive, transfer it to the server and unpack it. If you use phpStorm, then you can compare the vendor folders and "top up" only the missing and "kotsanny". But the comparison will be very long, get ready. Although it is better of course to install via composer.
2. Maybe you have errors turned off and you just don't see that assetsManager can't create folders inside assets or something else.
