When transferring orders to 1C, new products are created. How to get rid of it?

Good day to all!
I have a problem that I don't know how to solve, please help me.
In the buyer's order, a Product XML_ID is formed,
which adds some numbers to the XML_ID and #

As a result, when the order is exported to 1C, the following happens: 1C does not find a product with this UUID (which is equal to XML_ID) and creates a new one.
If I edit the Product XML_ID and remove the numbers from #, then the order will fall remarkably into 1C and the product will be found - everything is wonderful.

Please, tell me how to make sure that these numbers with a lattice do not fall into the Product XML_ID and it is equal to XML_ID?

Hello. As far as I understand, you only did the integration of Bitrix orders with 1s (without unloading the nomenclature). If yes, then it is necessary to add its xml ID to each product so that a new product with the same name is not created in 1s - i.e. compare the product on the site with the product in 1s. Perhaps the reason for creating new products is this. To find out the xml id of the product, use the processing for 1c and then to the external product code.
