When transferring a site to Drupal 7 to a new domain and hosting, authorization stopped working. What could be the problem?

We were given the task to transfer the site (Drupal 7) to a new hosting and domain. Everything is transferred, the database is copied, the site is working.
BUT authorization does not work. After submitting the form, it simply redirects to the main page without giving an error.
The admin password has been reset because it has been lost.
