Output all Views Data Export materials with a limited memory_limit value. How?

I'm trying to display all materials in xml (specifically yml for Yandex) through the Views Data Export module, since the Views export YML module did not start. But I'm running out of memory. There is a way to output via Batch, but I'm afraid Yandex will not understand the redirect to the Batch page for generating yml.
1. Is there a way to get around the restrictions, for example, output in portions?
2. There is an idea to directly output in a cycle through views_get_view, with a limited number of elements. But is it possible to set the page number?
3. Generate as Sitemap XML generates, but here it is probably only to generate a cache.
Which way is feasible and faster?
