When to use project builders? (Gulp, Webpack etc.)?
Does it make sense to use faucets for landing pages and simple cms stores?
Scss compiler, postcss - all these tools are in vs code. Why do people use collectors for these purposes?))

I, for example, find it convenient to work with images and pages.
I uploaded a picture to the source - at the output I got several pictures for different breakpoints and in webp format (you don’t have to convert, but simply minify each of the received ones at once).
Another example is pages. It is quite convenient to create not the whole page, but its parts, which are assembled into the final html. And if there are a lot of pages, use different templates without copy-pasting all these headers, footers, changing titles, etc.
It may well be that VS code also has this as a plugin ... But you need to look for / choose / experiment . The autoprefixer was enough for me at one time - much easier to add to the assembly, IMHO.
