When to switch to gulp?

When should you switch to gulp?
For example, we currently use Grunt in the project (completely static, i.e. there is no backend at all), but it is not very convenient to support it in terms of linking the actions of different plugins. Should I switch (or at least try in a separate branch) to Gulp?

It's always worth a try, gulp is supposed to be faster, and I like its configs more

Gulp is more difficult to set up, but it's probably worth switching - on a new project.
And it works a little faster than Grunt.
