Can you please tell me when to apply? I just don't really understand about affiliate programs. If possible, please tell us about it. I have been working since May.
By the way. Can I work in Odesk and Elance at the same time? Will Payoneer work for these exchanges?

You can do it at any time, but I still advise you to do it at the time you start work or before. Since this is not a very fast procedure (it took me more than a month from the moment I applied until I received a letter with a card in the mail)
