When the phone is rebooted, music plays by itself. What should I do?

When you restart the phone, somewhere in the end the music starts to yell all over. The Music application itself was not open, and it’s not clear how they turned on at all. How to turn off the music,
please tell me

did it turn on and off? or what? Maybe there is a firmware such that the body plays a melody at startup / shutdown ??
PS - buy a normal phone)))
