When should Google charge my Nexus 7 card?

Using the advice from articles on Habré about buying a Nexus 7 in the USA without the help of friends, I went to Google Play and made a purchase. I chose my card (the details on which I changed to the details of a friend) and the delivery address, respectively. Sometimes money is debited when they start preparing the order for shipment, if there is no money on the card at that moment, nothing will be sent and you will be sent a letter about the impossibility of debiting the amount from your card.
