Here is a test page (link) when scaling "left BANNER" and "right BANNER" move under the pictures in the center, how to make them stay in their places?

float: left; float: right - in this case they save. But, the whole layout collapses.
It is better to take and do everything on fLexbox if possible, or find a ready-made grid and customize it for yourself.
