When refreshing the page in the browser, how can I refresh only the contents of the iframe, and not the entire page?

Good afternoon, there is a simple page, inside of which, in addition to the main content, there is a large iframe with the content of another site.
Is it possible to influence the browser somehow, so that when you press F5 in the browser, only the iframe content is updated, i.e. the update took place only on the site which is in the iframe.

Now when a user enters a page with an iframe, he basically navigates the site in a frame, and sometimes it is necessary to update the site page in the frame, when he presses F5, the entire parent page is updated, and the internal site turns to the original url
