When parsing data in 1C Bitrix, folders with the same names are not created in different parent sections. How to get around this?

The parser creates categories based on <category>, <property-type> и <type> https://skr.sh/s6JxpU3tBJN .
Faced with a problem, the parser cannot create the "Residential" category in the "Rent", because this category is already in the "Sale". All subcategories are duplicated in "Rent" and "Sale" and have the same names. Tell me what to do...
