When or since what version of KDE did the kinit package with the /usr/bin/kdeinit5 file appear?

Debian 10
Installed krusader and kate. I noticed that they are all tied to the /usr/bin/kdeinit5 file , which in turn is included in the kinit package .
For example, when you connect to ftp/sftp via krusader, network connections come from /usr/bin/kdeinit5 instead of /usr/bin/krusader.

I want to understand what version of kde these changes are from?
