How to install Flash Player in Linux (Ubuntu)?

I'm used to using Opera, especially since I can't part with synchronized data. I know that flash works on built-in Firefox. Installed according to instructions help.ubuntu.ru/wiki/flash. in Opera it also swears at the lack of a flash, Firefox doesn't care either. And how to make flash work on opera?
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Opera 37

First check this :
Either :
If not then :
Download https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Then tar xvf install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz
Copy everything to /usr/lib/opera/plugins
Reload Opera

JFYI - for flash it's better to use chrome and its built-in plugin.
My chromium with pepper, for example, crashes when exiting a fullscreen video, but chrome with the same plugin works fine.
