When installing the driver for the video card, the screen turned black. Restarted the computer. After booting Windows also black screen. What to do?

The keyboard does not work when choosing a boot either. the adapter doesn't help.

boot into safe, uninstall drivers, put up-to-date handles (if it doesn’t boot in safe - from live sd)
