When installing MacOS on an external SSD, will an Nvidia graphics card work?

Hello, can you please tell me if you can put MacOS on an HP Pavilion Power 15 cb007ur laptop? Perhaps there are ready-made assemblies? And if everything succeeds, will the Nvidia graphics card work or not? Here are its full characteristics: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/pLa0Yxe29Chhpg
And I would like to install it as a second system, parallel to Windows. Because I have only one SSD on which Windows 10 is installed, and the second HDD is where photos, videos, documents and programs are located, then it turns out that it will only have to be installed on an external SSD, tk. if the disk is broken, it will not see it and it will no longer be possible to install it.
I initially tried to install, but there were many problems with booting, sometimes the installation of the system simply stopped after 30 minutes. On the last fix, everything seemed to be up, but it was not possible to start MacOS from an external drive... All my experiments are here: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/prFuvTA3sJG4rw

1. Yes, you can install hackintosh on this laptop.
1.1 macOS Sierra and newer will go here, but I recommend installing at least Mojave
2. If your Windows disk is GPT, you can install hackintosh on the same disk, and not on another, but for this you need to allocate space for a new ESP of size at least 200 MB (because when installing Windows, ESP was created with a size of 100 MB, and for macOS to work correctly, it needs to be at least 200 MB) and for macOS itself.
3. Here - https://dortania.github.io/getting-started/ there is an instruction on how to do it
