Can the system animation be stupid because of the HDD?

Guys, I have a hackintosh with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, everything is up and running. About the animation ... it seems to work fine, but not always. For example, opening folders occurs with some delay. Photoshop CC opens for a long period and then if I start making a lot of shapes on the host, they are reproduced late. At the expense of HDD (SAMSUNG HD120IJ), the results show 38Mb Read and 40Mb Record.
CPU type Intel Core i5-4670K, 3400 MHz (34 x 100)
Motherboard Asus H87M-Pro (2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
System memory 12193 MB ( DDR3 SDRAM)
AMD Radeon R9 280X graphics card (Tahiti)

Most likely stupid due to the fact that "Everything is wound up"
