When importing users from AD to Bitrix, passwords are not imported, what should be done to import passwords?
I import users through standard import, users are imported only without passwords. I do not select the "Use NTLM authorization" item. Tell me what am I doing wrong?

User passwords are not synchronized, since in the case of NTLM authorization, password verification occurs not on the side of Bitrix24, but on the side of the AD server.
The algorithm (without SSO) is as follows:
1) The user opens the portal in the browser
2) The portal checks for the existence of a saved valid authorization. If it exists, then it shows him the portal. If not - the login form
3) User enter login and password
4) The portal is looking for a user by login. If the user type is internal, it checks against the login and stored password. If the user type is external (NTLM, social networks, etc.), it gives the login and password to the external authorization controller.
5) If the controller responded with permission, show the portal to the user.
Thus, when integrating with AD, the password located in AD does not get to the portal
