When I try to install WordPress locally, it says "Your connection is not private"?

In general, as usual, a fresh WordPress installation for a potential site. As expected, I created the mysite.dev folder in ospanel/domains/, the database for the site, rebooted the server, opened the site to complete the installation of the engine and see
SSL Error
Your connection is not private
This server could not prove that it is coloshop.dev; its security certificate is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

You cannot proceed because the website operator has requested heightened security for this domain.

I understand the browser redirects http://mysite.devto https://mysite.dev. How can I reverse this behavior in the Opera browser?

Change the local domain from DEV to TEST or LOCAL and read: https://iyware.com/dont-use-dev-for-development/

Hello!
Have you tried it from another browser? Firefox, Chrome. Maybe something is installed on the opera that redirects to https.
