Body break. I do not recommend grabbing the battery with one hand, and any equipment with the other, and die not for long.

Already answered a similar question recently . And here I will answer in the same way: it is a dangerous business, not only because of an electric shock, but for example, USB ports can burn out. Therefore, do not leave without consequences, take a multimeter, measure the alternating voltage between the computer case and the heating battery. How much it will show, describe in your question (i.e. supplement it with these numbers). And then I'll update my answer.

In my organization, the grounding did not go beyond the shield, but should be a separate wire to the ground. So the system engineers fought even if you touch the concrete floor. Until the electricians poked their noses, they didn’t fix it. They waited until Rostekhnadzor issues a fine.
